decreased pain and your return to the activities you love.
Aspire Physiotherapy has the nicest, knowledgeable professional therapists that I have ever come across in my life. They take care of your issues with kindness, knowledge of how to fix the issue; they actually work on you / with you to get better instead of just hooking you up to machines and walking away until the end of your session. Your wellness is what they aspire to get to. Thank you for helping me feel better and putting me on a path to full recovery!”

I have come here with multiple issues over the years, and whether it’s an acute or chronic issue, I have been provided excellent friendly service. I have mostly seen Aman, who has always provided great advice, physio exercises, manual manipulation and use of equipment to help aid in speedy recovery that gets me back to my daily activities. He has a background in soccer and a lot of experience with a range of activities. I am thoroughly impressed and would recommend this clinic to anyone – as I have to friends and family over the years!” - Patrick M

Before you begin your physiotherapy treatment, your physiotherapist will conduct several exams and tests to determine the pain intensity. This detailed evaluation will focus on your strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, posture, and heart rate.
Your physiotherapist will also examine the affected area to determine the mobility of your muscles, joints, and other tissues. You might be required to perform activities that need your body mechanics, such as bending or lifting items. You will demonstrate activities such as walking, or how you get in and out of a chair to analyze your gait and your body’s functional activities.
You can expect several questions about your lifestyle. This includes your health habits, how you spend your leisure time, your activity level, and your work and home environment.
Your physiotherapist will then discuss your goals and expectations from physiotherapy and help you develop a treatment plan that caters to you. They will also educate you on maintaining your treatment plan by guiding you on special exercises you need to do to relieve pain, reduce strain, and speed up your recovery.
You can visit your physiotherapist at any time without a doctor’s referral for assessment and treatment. However, it is good to see your doctor talk about the available options and get a referral to a qualified physiotherapist. In addition, your insurance company may require a physiotherapy prescription to cover any related fees.
Our physiotherapy treatments are very affordable and are covered by most health insurance plans, as well as motor vehicle accident insurance and WCB. We offer direct billing to most major insurance companies to make the entire process as convenient as possible!
The frequency of your physiotherapy treatment depends on the extent of your injury. Minor injuries require around four to six sessions, while mild injuries might require about six-eight (four-six) weeks of physiotherapy.Chronic conditions take longer to recover from and may require around 2-3 months of treatment. It is important to note that the frequency of your treatments may decrease depending on the progress you make.Patients who recover quicker are those who commit wholeheartedly to their treatment plan!
